Spot UV Business Cards

Make your logo shine with 400gsm matt laminated business cards with raised Spot UV gloss. The clear gloss picks out selected details against the smooth matt background - ideal for TCG shops, event sellers and brands that want a memorable card.

Choose your cards

• Size: Standard 85 × 55 mm, Mini 85 × 25 mm, Square 55 × 55 mm, American 89 × 51 mm, Alternative 88 × 55 mm, Long 90 × 55 mm or Small 80 × 50 mm.
• Print: Single-sided or Double-sided.
• Quantity: 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 cards.
• Corners: Straight-cut corners.
• Finish: Matt lamination with selected areas highlighted in raised clear Spot UV varnish.

Your artwork

Use the artwork template for your selected size. Supply one PDF containing your CMYK print pages first, followed by separate Spot UV mask pages. Mark every area that needs gloss in solid 100% black vector artwork on the mask; leave areas without gloss white. Keep the mask precisely aligned with the print artwork, and include a note explaining the page order.

Use details at least 0.5 mm thick for the Spot UV finish. Keep important text and logos inside the safe area and extend background artwork to the bleed edge. Remove all template guide lines before exporting.

Create contrast between the matt card and selected gloss details. Spot UV can draw attention to your logo, pattern or headline without covering the whole design.
