Your cancellation rights
Your right to cancel depends on what you ordered and the circumstances of your purchase. If you are a consumer and your order is eligible, you normally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us you wish to cancel, without giving a reason. Different rules may apply to personalised goods, digital content and services. Read our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
